I started the alternate breakfast ideas to be longer satisfied, full and wide awake to start my day motivated. When I started my studies I used to eat the same breakfast until I got rid of it, then changed till I got red of the other and then went back to the old one. So usually I always changed in the half-a-year-modus.
Now I started to lower my carbohydrate level and especially my sugar comsume. Sugar is the badest thing ever. It increases your hunger, never satisfies you so that you are wanting more all the time, it has nothing good in it, that your body can use, is bad for your skin, for your organs and - at least - for your shape.
So I started to think about my food more than ever before and I want my breakfast never to get boring.
